The Process of Illumination (POI) is a series of personal strategies for expanding an expanded collective worldview that is more open and inclusive. I do this one person at a time, one worldview at a time

Each strategy is designed to prompt personal self-reflection or as a process guide for discussion groups. POI in a Nutshell is my introduction to these strategies.
